• Usage Rights: Commissions are designated for individual and non-commercial purposes. Should the artwork be used for commercial purposes, an additional fee of 50% of the total price will apply.• Artist Rights: During and after the completion of a commission, I retain the right to:1. Display work-in-progress and final pieces on my social media accounts and portfolio website.
2.Stream the creation process.
3.Feature the artwork in future publications or art collections.• Payment Policy:Payments are handled through PayPal (USD). For all commissions, please adhere to the following payment structure:1.Full Payment: The total amount must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice and prior to the initiation of the sketch.2.Partial Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the invoice, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the work.Please note that refunds are not permitted due to my limited availability. Full payment or the agreed deposit secures your place in my schedule. Any changes or cancellations may disrupt the workflow. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.• Slot Allocation: Commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. I reserve the right to decline any commission request.• Rush Orders: For urgent requests, please contact me via email to discuss pricing and scheduling.• Workload: I typically manage 2-3 commissions at a time. Please allow time for updates, particularly after the initial sketch is approved.
